I am a 42 year old mom of an 11 year old boy who has found a passion in helping people improve their relationships with others and themselves. 

I became a Level 1 Certified ICF Coach after obtaining my undergrad in English and Psychology, and my Bachelor of Education. 

I relaized my true passion for helping others when I finally

found my perfect partner after divorce and a tumultuous dating life. 

Because of my history, I found the secret to a fabulous love life and in creating connections with others. 

That secret is creating a unbreakable connection with yourself and your inner being. It will never steer you wrong. 

I can help give you the tools to build the confidence and the belief in yourself so you will never question yourself or your connections again. You will know when someone is right for you or not in a very short period of time.

My methods are neuro-linguistic programming, which was essentially made famous by Anthony Robbins but was initially created and practiced by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. The concept is to use your own mental capacities to build the life you want.
